Total Body HIIT (A GroomieC Fitness Strength and HIIT Class Workout)
This 22-minute workout is a just a sample of a workout that was recently offered during the virtual Saturday morning "Strength and HIIT" classes at GroomieCFitness.com. There is a different workout each Saturday, the intensity and impact level varies based on the participants, and there are always low impact modifications offered for those higher impact moves during the class. There is never any equipment required, and the workout itself is always live, with a recap video like the one you see here, posted within a week or two.
Total Body HIIT
Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds. Rest for 1 minute between rounds.
Warm Up Round:
6 moves performed straight through for 30 seconds each for a total of 3 minutes of continuous exercise.
Rounds 1-4:
3 moves performed straight through for 30 seconds each, rest for 30 seconds before repeating each round, then move onto the next.
