My name is Christina, and I'm an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Fitness Specialist. I'm also a film, television and theatre performer, as well as a long-distance runner. Throughout my life, my body has always been my instrument, whether dancing on stage or running a marathon, which is why my approach to health and fitness is somewhat unique from that of many other personal trainers. 

You see, the human body was made to move. At every stage of our lives, our bodies function best when given the skills and the tools to be able to move with strength, balance, agility, flexibility, and confidence. That is why, no matter your fitness level, there will always be a program that is right for you. All you need is a trainer who is willing to meet your needs in order to keep you moving and help you achieve your health and fitness goals, no matter where you happen to be starting from. That's where I come in.

GroomieC Fitness is based on the principles of Individualized Personal Training, Functional Fitness and Pain-Free Movement. Exercise should be both enjoyable and beneficial, so instead of saying, "No pain, no gain," the preferred way of thinking here is, "We play to slay." From corrective exercises to strength training to sport-specific drills to HIIT, the programs are always going to be designed to be fun, safe, and effective. So whether you are a novice, a weekend warrior, or a seasoned athlete, let's work together to get you moving toward success and keep your body Always in Motion.
